From the very first instance of every strand's ultimate application as positive or negative polarity, including its direction with regards to signal source and load, we carefully monitor every aspect of treatment. Of the many strands involved, you can imagine how tight the book keeping must be maintained. You can almost say that each tiny 0.125mm diameter single lacquered wire has a name of its own!

From those tiny 0.5mm braids we continue the build using cotton as a micro-vibration reducing absorber.

No to mention the hours of meticulous manual labor put into the ends to ensure electrical contact of all individually lacquered micro-strands.

Until now, LessLoss has been offering you upgrades on a one-to-one personal basis. Many of you know how it is increasingly difficult to maintain ongoing person-to-person interactions in a timely fashion. This speaks a lot to how widespread and popular our products have become!

To help address this, below are some very simple steps to follow if you want to place your friendly upgrade order right now!

What to expect

The way it works is like this:

(1) You place your upgrade order on our web shop. (The steps to do so are explained below.) Basically you enter a special code and some simple text into two input fields when placing the order.

(2) LessLoss packs your item(s), along with all necessary fresh packing materials and UPS shipping documentation, and sends it off to you. Once you receive it you will also find a sheet with simple packing instructions.

(3) At your convenience, you will pack up the item(s) slated for return. When the package is ready, at your convenience, you can either simply call up your local UPS representative and tell them you have a package for them to come pick up, or, if even more convenient, you can also opt to simply drop off the readied parcel at any official UPS drop-off-location. In either case, LessLoss will be charged directly by UPS and will cover the return shipping costs. You will not be billed for this, neither by UPS, nor by LessLoss.

(4) After we receive your returned item we will acknowledge to you that we got it. By now you will be drenched in audio luxury of the most refined and revealing kind, enjoying the hard-won fruits of our labor in the sanctity of your private listening environment.
